Brent Knoll, Somerset

Brent Knoll is located between Bridgwater and Weston-Super-Mare at Burnham by Sea. "Knoll" means "hill" and it is thought "brent" may mean "steep" (from the word "brant"). However, a local river is also named Brent.

The nearby villages are Brent Knoll and East Brent.
